Our recent achievement involves a Jamaican citizen who endured physical and psychological abuse from their U.S. citizen child. Despite daunting challenges, we guided them through the complex process of obtaining relief via the I-360 VAWA Self-Petitioning Parent of an Abusive USC Application for Adjustment of Status. Our Jamaican client, a survivor of severe abuse by their U.S. citizen child, sought legal protection and lawful status in the U.S. We initiated the process by submitting the I-360 VAWA Self-Petitioning Parent of an Abusive USC application, a crucial step toward justice and a brighter future.

Earlier this year, we secured a work permit for our client, providing financial stability during a challenging period. Despite the absence of conventional evidence like police or hospital reports, our dedicated team’s resourcefulness secured the I-360 approval, affirming our client’s eligibility for VAWA relief.
