Lakshika brings a truly impressive and diverse legal background to our firm. A graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Law’s 2-year J.D. program, she also holds an LL.B. from the University of Mumbai and has been practicing law in India since 2017.
Her experience spans a remarkable range, including work at a top Indian law firm, a government law officer’s chamber, a state senator’s office, law enforcement agencies, an NGO, and a research organization. She has represented a broad spectrum of clients, from corporations and government entities to private individuals, before prestigious courts like the Supreme Court of India, the Bombay High Court, and the National Company Law Tribunal.
Lakshika’s expertise encompasses civil commercial law, criminal law, public policy, and legislative matters. Her strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, coupled with her excellent interpersonal abilities, make her a valuable asset.
